Your initial appointment...

The initial appointment will be for me to understand your requirements & expectations.

A medical history will be taken including any current medications. Any existing or historic conditions associated with the foot will be noted.

A health assessment of the foot including vascular and neurological assessments will be carried out followed by the treatment of a specific problem or routine foot care.

Please ensure any nail varnish or gel is removed prior to the visit.

A personalised treatment plan will be put together based upon my findings.

Full Foot Care Includes

This type of appointment is for patients requiring regular routine treatments, every 6 weeks for things such as:

overall maintenance of the feet & nails, including nails cutting, filing, hard skin removal & fissures treated.
Thick nail reduction
Cracked heels
Corn removal (Soft and Hard Corns)
Partial ingrown nail removal
Low risk diabetes checks

Nail oil is applied to the nails and cuticles to add moisture & a Light Foot Massage to finish every treatment with the application of cream - Stimulating nerve function, boosts circulation, relieves pain and much more. This is particularly beneficial for those with rheumatic/ arthritis pain, poor mobility, chilblains and plantar fasciitis (heel pain).
